REFUND POLICY

Our return policy is simple: If you don’t love it, return it! No questions asked.

We will issue you a return label, and you will be responsible for shipping the portrait(s) back to us in their original packaging. Upon receipt we will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the portrait(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Portrait(s) can be returned within 5 business days of shipment delivery date.

  • Portraits must be returned using a trackable shipping method and must be insured for the value of the purchase
  • All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity must be returned with the portrait(s)
  • Before returning your portrait(s), please photograph the item(s) for your records
  • Your refund request will be processed within two business days after the return has been received. However, it may take a few days for it to display on your credit card statement or Paypal account
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
